In-depth days DBT and the environment

You do not have severe emotion regulation problems alone, loved ones are directly burdened with emotion regulation and behavioral problems. Relationship instability is also one of the most profound symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder. There are regular feelings of powerlessness, incomprehension, sadness, loneliness and pain. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is a treatment program that looks at this problem without judgment, with mildness and that focuses on both clients and their environment. Involving the environment has been an important pillar in scientific research in recent years and has also proved effective. These two in-depth days focus on DBT and the systemic context. The days provide tools and support for (DBT / system) therapists in the application of biosocial theory in the systemic context, handling apparent contradictions such as acceptance and change, dialectics and multiple biases, maintaining consultation to the client principle whith relatives and application of mindfulness and behavioral therapy with more people in a room. We also pay attention to the approach to emotion regulation problems for the environment through parental therapy, network training, coaching at school / work and systemic therapy. The in-depth days are intended for DBT therapists and system therapists who work with clients and relatives who are in DBT treatment. Our goal is to broaden, not change, the DGT perspective!
